Staff accommodation for workers and managers

All our apartments for rent are specially adapted to suit staff in the construction and contracting industry, for both work teams and managers. We know the industry well and therefore we are aware of how difficult it can be to find good housing solutions for employees at another location during a project or other temporary assignment.

Whether you are staying for a shorter or longer period, we have affordable options for your company. Our company accommodations are always competitive compared to Swedish hostels and hotels.

About Stockholm

Stockholm is the capital of Sweden and is located on the east coast. The city has a beautiful archipelago of fourteen islands and is connected by 57 bridges. Stockholm is growing more than ever, and as a result new housing is also needed. During the period 2010 to 2030, Stockholm’s goal is to build 140,000 new homes.

Stockholm is constantly evolving, and construction works are underway in many parts of the city. One area that is being built is Norra Djurgårdsstaden, which is one of Europe’s most extensive urban development areas. The plan is to build at least 12,000 new homes and 35,000 new workplaces. A big focus in the area is sustainability.
Hammarby Sjöstad is a central part of Stockholm that was initially intended as an Olympic village, but instead became one of Stockholm’s largest urban development projects with a clear environmental profile. Hammarby Sjöstad is planned for approximately 12,700 homes and approximately 400,000 square meters of business space with 150,000 square meters of workplaces.

Another big construction project in the Stockholm region is Förbifart Stockholm, a road project simplifying the infrastructure and communications around the capital.
