We know the industry well and we are aware of how difficult it can be to find good accommodation for employees at another location during a project or other temporary assignment.

Our Company History
Corporate Apartments was founded in 2009 by Åke Dennås, who
realised that foreign construction companies had big problems to find housing for their staff during work projects in Sweden. The first apartments that were rented for this purpose by Corporate Apartments were located in Borås, west Sweden. The demand was strong and the business quickly expanded to more locations. At the end of 2014, Corporate Apartments became a family business when Åke’s two children Sara Dennås and Fredrik Dennås became involved.
Over the years a lot has happened: The company structure has changed, the business became more professional, our number of staff has grown
and we have expanded with more accommodations. At the moment, we offer approximately 250 furnished houses and flats in around 30 different Swedish cities and towns. We also have an apartment hotel in south Stockholm.
Since 2017, the Corporate Apartments Group is run by Sara Dennås as the Managing Director. The company headquarters are placed in Täby, north Stockholm, and we have local offices in Gothenburg, Staffanstorp and Slagsta.

We are a professional partner to the construction and contracting industry, and we strive to always have a close dialogue with our customers. This to be able to offer the best possible service, in the best possible time.
Our accommodations are practically furnished with Nordic design. They are all equipped for self-catering, so our guests can easily cook their own meals and wash their own clothes in a home-like setting. Most running costs are included in the rent, to offer an uncomplicated and predictable solutions for our customers.
