July is just around the corner and Corporate Apartments is preparing for the summer and a couple of well deserved (at least we think so haha) holiday weeks.

This summer, our office will be closed in July (weeks 27-30, 1-30 July), but we will still handle urgent matters. Please note that we will have less staff working than usual, but we will still do our best if you need help.

  • If your company is renting a temporary accommodation from us, and you have a problem or a complaint, you can reach our service department at We ask you to please use this e-mail address first hand, and only call our service phone+46 735 09 29 94 if there is an urgent issue outside office hours (evenings or weekends).

  • Finally, we would also like to give you a kind reminder to pay your invoices on time in July, to avoid being locked out by our automatic system due to late payments. That would be very unfortunate, since it might take some time before we can unlock the doors again when many of us are away on vacation. We got a new colleague in January: Lise! She is the new sales and marketing assistant at Corporate Apartments. She will work together with Oscar in the sales department, and also take care of our marketing activities. Lise has long experience from working with customer relations and quality improvement strategies, and she has had a flying start (we bet many of you have talked to her already).

We would like to wish all our customers and business partners a GOD JUL OCH GOTT NYTT ÅR! (Yes, that means Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in Swedish…)

As always in Sweden at Christmas, we will watch Donald Duck on tv and eat from the ”Christmas table” – a smorgasbord filled with pickled herrings, ”Christmas ham”, Swedish meatballs, gingerbread cookies and other traditional foods – before Santa Claus arrives. Suspiciously enough, Santa Claus often looks a lot like an old neighbour/uncle/dad, and he usually needs a whisky or a big glass of “glögg” to be able to read the names written on the presents… 🙂

The Corporate Apartments team hopes this season brings you festive times, lots of delicious food and many joyful moments together with friends and family.

With only 8 days left until Christmas (in Sweden we celebrate Christmas Eve, the 24th), we would like to share some information with you regarding our opening hours during the holidays.

::: The Corporate Apartments head office will be closed for business between the 23rd December and the 1st January :::

  • Of course we will take care of urgent maintenance issues in the apartments and houses (contact Emil at our Service Department on or +46 735 09 29 94) during this time, but all non-urgent matters will be handled in January.
  • We would like to advise you to get your bookings and extensions for early 2017 in place before Christmas, to ensure that you get the accommodation you need. Contact Oscar at or +46 733 49 92 01 to make your reservation!

  • Because of Christmas and New Years, we would also like to kindly ask you to make sure that you pay your rent in due time this month. If due date is before Christmas, please do not wait with your payment until January: Our automatic key system might lock the doors if the invoices are not paid on time, and we do not want any of our customers to experience problems during the holidays. Thank you very much for your understanding and co-operation!

(Here we are; this is a picture from earlier today when we had Christmas Lunch and played boule/petanque together. You can easily see which team that won, because of their gold medals and large grins… But it was a very close call: They were only one centimeter closer, which led to a win by one tiny point!)

Are you great at sales and marketing? Right now, Corporate Apartments is looking for a sales and marketing assistant.

In the role as sales and marketing assistant, you will have varied work tasks and you will be in direct contact with our customers. You will handle bookings and leads as well as customer care. You will also take care of marketing activities and market research. In this job, you are service minded and customer focused.

We are searching for a person who is structured, driven and who has a positive attitude. You should want to develop your skills within sales and marketing, and appreciate a work culture based on freedom and responsibility. You also need to be fluent or almost fluent in both Swedish and English.

Today, at the Swedish Cinnamon Bun Day, the Corporate Apartments Team gathered for a conference at the office in Vallentuna, north of Stockholm. The conference theme was “A Better Corporate Apartments”.

As a company, we strive towards constant improvement and to always get better and better at what we do. That’s why we’ve scheduled a whole day for discussions regarding the different departments and parts of our business, to see how the service we provide can be improved and developed.

Our goal is to have a well-oiled organisation that offers high-quality accommodations for companies and of course a great service level. We want both our customers and our employees to be happy with us!

The autumn season has really kicked off for Corporate Apartments. We have recently expanded with more staff accommodations in Gothenburg (Göteborg), Borås and Stockholm!
