Summer holiday is around the corner and we are preparing the last before closing our office and enjoying some rest and time off. Are all your plans for the summer ready? Have you booked everything you need to book when it comes to accommodation? We are still available before we close, so please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us to make sure you have everything you need.

Just like previous years, our office will be closed for a few weeks during the summer, this year we are closed from the 8th of July until the 5th of August.

Of course we will still be able to help you with emergency changes in bookings or urgent problems in the accommodations, but we ask you for some understanding that it might take us a little longer than usual to reply. Non-urgent issues might have to wait until August to be solved.

  • Invoice related questions: ekonomi@corporate-apartments.se  We kindly ask you to make sure that any invoices you might have with due date in July are paid on time, so that our automatic system does not lock the doors due to unpaid and overdue invoices. If the doors are locked it might take us a long time to open them when the office is closed. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please do not hesitate to contact us, as soon as possible.

 

Important information: Because of Midsummer on Friday the 21st of June, our office will be closed.

We can finally say that spring is officially here! Today being the 30th of April only confirmes it even more as we in Sweden celebrate Valborg, or Walpurgis Night as it is called in English.

The tradition is to spend this evening with friends and family and to light a bonfire to celebrate the arrival of spring, but originally is was an evening to drive out evil spirits.

Today is Valborg, but also the Swedish kings 73rd birthday. Tomorrow is the 1st of May which is a holiday here in Sweden. That means that our office is closed and we will be back as usual on Thursday!

Hope you have had a great start to 2019!

We are working on expanding our range of accommodations and have some great new houses and apartments on the way. For example we are working new accommodations in northern Stockholm (Skokloster, Arlanda, Kälvesta, Spånga and Bro). In Bro we will be able to offer a house with two separate apartments and an additional house on the same address. This will suit a team of 11 and 2-3 managers perfectly.

Both in Uppsala and Malmö we are working on some new apartments that we hope will interest you.

July is just around the corner and Corporate Apartments is preparing for the summer and a couple of well deserved (at least we think so haha) holiday weeks.

This summer, our office will be closed in July (weeks 27-30, 1-30 July), but we will still handle urgent matters. Please note that we will have less staff working than usual, but we will still do our best if you need help.

  • If your company is renting a temporary accommodation from us, and you have a problem or a complaint, you can reach our service department at service@corporate-apartments.se. We ask you to please use this e-mail address first hand, and only call our service phone+46 735 09 29 94 if there is an urgent issue outside office hours (evenings or weekends).
  • For urgent accommodation inquiries or booking changes, we ask you to contact us via booking@corporate-apartments.se.
  • Finally, we would also like to give you a kind reminder to pay your invoices on time in July, to avoid being locked out by our automatic system due to late payments. That would be very unfortunate, since it might take some time before we can unlock the doors again when many of us are away on vacation. If you have any questions regarding this or your invoices, please contact us as soon as possible on ekonomi@corporate-apartments.se.

We got a new colleague in January: Lise! She is the new sales and marketing assistant at Corporate Apartments. She will work together with Oscar in the sales department, and also take care of our marketing activities. Lise has long experience from working with customer relations and quality improvement strategies, and she has had a flying start (we bet many of you have talked to her already).
