– We’re noticing a high demand on houses in Göteborg, therefore we’re happy to tell you that we have some incoming apartments and houses in Göteborg soon.

Skåne
– We have both apartments and houses available in Malmö, Landskrona, Bunkeflostrand, Arlöv and Eslöv.

Do you like fishing?
We’re happy to inform you that we have a partnership with a local sport fishing shop in the southern part of Stockholm. They sell everything needed in sport fishing, everything from angling to trolling. The shop also offers boat rentals during the summer and guided tours. Corporate Apartments Summer Party

Yesterday, all employees at Corporate Apartments gathered for the long-awaited quality time together.

We challenged each other in fun games at Gröna Lund (an amusement park in Stockholm). After a fun day in the park, we enjoyed a good dinner and live music.

It’s time to plan your summer

It’s hard to believe with this cloudy weather in big parts of Sweden, but summer is approaching fast: We’re already filling up many of our houses and apartments for June, July and August.

Valborgsmässoafton – a Swedish tradition

On Saturday we celebrate Valborgsmässoafton in Sweden. It’s a celebration that Winter’s over. Valborgsmässoafton has been celebrated in Sweden since the Middle Ages and the original pagan festival heralded the onset of the growth season. It attempted to ward off evil, ensure fertility and cleanse the land of the dried and dead of winter. Today, it is still the accepted gateway to long and warmer days.  Valborgsmässoafton calls for a mountainous bonfire and a crowd. These enormous blazes are either organized by the local municipality or neighbourhood 🔥

About the role 

Corporate Apartments is a growing family business that offers fully furnished staff accommodations throughout Sweden for companies in the construction sector. As Corporate Apartments is expanding fast, we are now looking for two new employees to join our facility services team in Stockholm. 

Do you enjoy having freedom with responsibility when you work? Do you bring that little extra to get a better result? Do you understand the importance of communicating well with your colleagues and organising your workday? Are you passionate about contributing to a great customer experience? Then this may be the role for you! 

  

Your work assignments: 

  • The main task is to clean and prepare our apartments and houses before the arrival of new guests (public areas such as stairwells and corridors also included).
  • You should be comfortable undertaking some minor maintenance work such as painting walls, replacing/installing household machines, various repairs etc.
  • In this role your work hours will differ – daytime, evenings as well as weekends will occur.

 

Requirements for this position: 

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are fluent in either Swedish or English.
  • You have a class B driving license, as our accommodations arelocated in different places around Stockholm County and Uppsala County. 
  • Previous experience of facility services/facility management or cleaning (mainly move out cleaning) is an advantage.

  

Your personal qualities: 

  • You are an organised, conscientiousand positive team player. 
  • You work in an efficient and structured way.
  • You need to be able to handle a high work pace and fast changes.
  • You can make decisions and perform your work duties independently; you do not need constant supervision.

 

Information about the application and the position: 

The position can be 50-100% depending on the applicant’s wishes. The employment can start according to agreement, preferably immediately. Salary and insurance at collective agreement level.

We would like to wish you a Happy Easter, and inform you that Corporate Apartments will be closed for the holidays between Friday 15th April and Monday 18th April. During these days we will be able to help with urgent maintenance problems in the accommodations, but all non-urgent issues will have to wait until we are back in full sped on Tuesday the 19th!
